THEN

Some of us began our careers in the corporate world, worked very hard, made the company a lot of money and though 401k’s were matched when times were good, in general we had very “little to show for” when we left the company. That is especially true, for there are no longer company cars, expense accounts, full benefits and bonuses!

Some of us were business owners, some acquired skills and worked to improve conditions in our community or schools. It doesn’t matter from whence you came, it is where we are going. All things must change.

For many of us, we have realized that working for ourselves and redefining sales as a service, brings contentment. The word SALES comes from a Scandinavian word SELZIG, which actually means SERVICE. To receive direct compensation for sharing information about products and services we believe in, with people who truly have a need whether it be financial or health related, is a good thing. We believe Network Marketing is better defined as Conscious Relationship Marketing (CRM), or Conscious Networking.

NOW

We now know that it is about intention, building relationships, rapport and improving our lives…mutally. CRM is the only business model in which someone else has a financial interest in YOUR financial success, thus creating an environment in which you are truly supported to reach your highest potential.

A win-win situation is the ultimate form of leverage: You benefit from other peoples’ work without taking a cut from their earnings. The playing field is equalized, your income is not dependent upon age, gender, education, race, or previous experience. For many of us, this is an issue in today’s working world. It is time to find a need and fill it, not expect someone else to take care of us…they won’t. We all need to create a vehicle for residual income that is fair and just. It is also an alternative to investing in corporations whose motives are not in alignment with sustainable business practices and what we all want for a just future.

HOW

In a Meritocracy you get what you work for; reward or merit is based on your efforts. What a

concept, an ethical business model! Not a pyramid scheme, that is old school, negative uninformed thinking. Please reboot your perceptions. Learn to provide for yourself. Earn while you learn. Communicate more effectively, enhance your speaking skills, understand personality types and individual needs, build long term relationships that reward everyone who participates. There is no hierarchy, we are all equal and only as successful as those we help. Collaboration instead of competition, interdependence, teamwork. How would you like to spend your work time?

WHO

It is very important to align yourself with people/companies that have a proven track record. Ethics and integrity are key. Principles are concentrated truths, packaged for application to a wide variety of circumstances. Leadership is about source credibility and character. We must exercise caution in the core motivational elements of our actions…Join our team and experience how we can change our lives for the better.
